Bonnie is a CFI, CFI-I, MEL, AGI, UAS, and a Gold Seal Instructor with over 7,000 hours. She is a passionate pilot with a great ability to relate to students with real-world flight experience! She contributed to the F22 project for 8 year at Rockwell Collins before starting flying herself. Bonnie's students have a 90% pass rate. She also flies corporate charters on occasion.
Manager, Vice President
Jackie is P&N's VP and the flight school manager. She is very proud to be a part of a family run business. She is currently a student pilot, airplane owner, and is passionate about aviation. Jackie was a senior project manager at a Fortune 500 for 20 years before joining P&N.
Derek has over 7,000 hour in single and multi engine airplanes. His flight time includes thousands of instruction-given time as well as flying for charter companies and corporate flight departments.
Manager, Flight Instructor
Tanner is the Clinton FBO manager and is a CFI. Tanner will be going the charter team in the coming months and continue to manage the FBO and instruct. He graduated with a degree in Aviation Management from University of Dubuque.
Private Pilot, Dispatcher
Alex is a private pilot and he is one of our dispatchers. He is attending University of Dubuque majoring in Flight Operations and later plans to join the airlines.
Terrell has been a CFI at P&N for two years and holds COM, SEL, MEL, and INST certificates. Terrell has over 1,500 hours of flight time and extensive flight line experience.
She loves aviation but plans to get her license in the future after college. She is studying Biochemistry at Kirkwood and later plans to be a forensic scientist. Her dad is a pilot as well.
Pilot Examiner, Instructor
Jan is a Commercial Pilot (SEL, MEL, RTC), Certified Flight Instructor (SEL, MEL, RTC, Instrument), Advanced Ground Instructor, Master CFI, NAFI 2006 CFI of the Year, & FAA Designated Pilot Examiner. Jan is most happy when flying a helicopter with the doors off, but will happily instruct in airplanes as well.
President, Flight Instructor
Cole is the president of P&N. He holds COM, SEL, MEL, INST, RTC, UAS certificate, advanced and instrument ground instructor. Cole specializes in instructing Commercial pilot students, Initial CFI students, and stage checks for P&Ns private pilot students. He is also an FAA Safety Team Representative and Cheif Pilot of the FAA approved 135 air charter certificate.
Manager, Private Pilot
Chris is the flight school manager in Independence and currently holds a Private Pilot License and is working towards his Instrument and CFI.
Director of Maintenance
Brian is an expert level aircraft mechanic certified by the FAA for airframe and power-plant maintenance. For many years he overhauled engines at Poplar Grove in Illinois, then was a turbine engine engineer for GE Aviation. He is an expert in general aviation, piston engines, turbine aircraft, and helicopters.
Nigel is our business development coordinator. He holds his SEL, MEL, COM, and Instrument rating. He has a BS in Flight Science and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Corey brings nearly 10 years of line experience to the team and is a commercial pilot. While gaining King Air experience he also helps manage the Clinton FBO.
Malcolm is a CFI-II & MEL who loves to teach and passionate about flying. Previously, he was a missionary/bush pilot overseas, flying to various remote islands and grass airstrips. Malcolm is a former college instructor and has extensive multiengine experience.
BENNY (AND THE JETS)
He would stick his head out of the airplane window like the car we let him. He will be your co-pilot in exchange for any type of food or if you leave the airplane door unattended he might just jump in.
