Perry Walton, Chief Pilot and Chief Flight Instructor of P&N’s Helicopter Service, has total flight time of over 31,000 hours including 21,000 flight hours in Helicopter and 10,000 in fixed wing (airplane) as a Commercial Pilot. He is retired from the Cedar Rapids Police Department as an officer and a Helicopter pilot/Flight Instructor. He has flown numerous types of helicopters including Bell 47, 206, 206L, UH1B; Hughes TH55, 269A, 269B, 300, 500; Hiller 12B, 12c, Soly; Agusta; Eurcopter EC120; Robinson R22; Brantly B2B, 305; Enstrom F28, F28C, F280C, F28F, F28FX, 480B. In Perry’s opinion, the Enstrom Helicopter flies like and is the Cadillac of the piston Helicopters.
